“HOPE” is my stone mosaic reproduction of the great Ukrainian artist, Alexander Milov’s powerful “LOVE” sculpture that debuted at the 2015 Nevada’s Burning Man Festival. I love that even while the man and woman are disagreeing, their innocent inner children are reaching toward each other, longing for reconciliation and peace. It gives me hope.

The man and women were cut from healing black limestone and the inner children cut and carved from quartzite found on a Utah mountain hike. Quartzite has calm and healing energy necessary to effect harmony. The green ground they sit upon is a mixture of crushed chrysoprase, green jasper, green calcite and peridot—whose energies combine to encourage compassion, healing, harmony, forgiveness, and happiness.

It all rests on a Mediterranean Rustic Chiseled Travertine tile which promotes deep healing and cleansing.
